WHITNEY HOUSTON sings a FLAWLESS NATIONAL ANTHEM (by bushwhacked916)
God bless you Whitney…hope you have found the peace you were seeking.

Beautifully done Melbie! RIP Whitney, loved you from the beginning! Gone too soon…prayers and thoughts go out to Whitney’s family.
I completely agree. I was looking forward to the film she was shooting with Jennifer Hudson “Sparkle”.
Beautifully spoken Melbie! I had hoped she would kick the addiction to drugs and make a come back sometime. What a sad lose for all of us. She seemed to have it all….looks, a powerful voice that inspired, lots of fame and fortune and yet she was another fragile soul that left the world far too soon. May she rest in peace now, and may her family find healing and support at this tough time.REST IN PEACE WHITNEY
I am just in shock right now for I just signed on to the computer and discovered that Whitney Houston has died today…. I am so very sad…. she was one of my favorite artists and her voice… was beyond compare…; one of my favorite songs of all time, “I Will Always Love You”, which I just viewed the video of her singing — which brought tears to my eyes… oh this is so sad… to lose such a beautiful soul.
How ironic that she has died the day before The Grammy Awards, which she won many of and so deserved… and it is so sad how the music industry and public treated her in recent years —- what a tragedy that drugs and addiction ruined her life. I look at the careers of other famous and fabulous female singers who continue/continued to perform with gusto into their later years (Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald, and more) - and I always hoped that Whitney would beat her addiction, make a comeback and prove all her nay-sayers wrong…. alas this is not to be.Sweet Whitney, may you rest in peace in God’s hands.
xoxo Melbie
